How the directory works
Who is listed
The directory includes existing records from public business sources and new listings submitted by business representatives. Existing records are marked as unclaimed until ownership is reviewed. A listing is a starting point for your research; it is not a certification of service quality.
Ownership and updates
Representatives sign in with a verified email, provide their business details and explain how their authority can be checked. The team reviews ownership claims and submitted content. Edits stay private until approved, while an existing approved version stays public. A verified owner account does not mean we have independently checked every claim or attended an event.
Directory order
The main city-and-service directory is alphabetical by business name, with a stable identifier used to break ties. It is not a best-to-worst ranking. A separate Featured section can show up to three businesses with active Premium access; the selection rotates daily. Featured placement is clearly labeled and does not change the alphabetical list.
Basic and Premium
Basic listings are free. Premium enables a fuller company page, approved photos and links, packages, FAQs, direct inquiry tools and activity reports. During launch, the team can grant complimentary access with an explicit expiry date. We are not collecting subscription payments. Featured is a listing tier, not an award, endorsement or guarantee of results.
Search and AI discovery
Useful, reviewed owner profiles can become eligible for search indexing when they contain specific public information that helps couples make a decision. Paying is not an indexing requirement. City and category pages link to relevant businesses and planning guides. Search engines and AI services decide what to crawl, index, rank or cite; All Wedding cannot guarantee placement, citations, visitors or leads.
Photos, prices and reviews
Owners are responsible for having permission to publish their photos and for keeping prices and availability current. Existing third-party review information is attributed where shown; it is not proof of an All Wedding booking. Ask businesses to confirm package details, availability, references, insurance and contract terms directly.
Badges and corrections
A Listed on All Wedding badge identifies an approved owned listing. A Featured on All Wedding badge identifies active Premium access. Badges link to the selected city page and change when access or publication status changes. Embedding one is optional and never required for approval. Report outdated information, duplicate records or an ownership concern through our contact form.
