What the Site is

All Wedding is a directory of US wedding vendors and an editorial publication about wedding planning. We publish vendor listings, ratings, and editorial guides. We are not a wedding planner, agent, or broker. We do not sign contracts on behalf of vendors or couples.

How you may use the Site

You may:

• Read guides, browse the directory, and contact vendors directly.
• Share links to pages on the Site.
• Quote short excerpts for non-commercial use with attribution.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site.
• Republish our content as your own.
• Use the Site to harass vendors or other users.
• Submit false, misleading, or spammy vendor listings.

Vendor listings

Booking with vendors

When you contact a vendor through the Site, you are entering a direct relationship with that vendor. We are not a party to your booking, contract, or any transaction with the vendor. We don't guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any vendor. You are responsible for reading the vendor's contract and doing your own due diligence. Our content

Guides, rankings, methodology, and other editorial content on the Site are copyright All Wedding. You may not republish, repackage, or train AI models on this content without written permission. We use our own editorial process described in our editorial standards.

Pricing and information accuracy

Pricing in guides represents vendor quotes and market data current at publication. Wedding pricing moves with the market. Numbers on the Site are estimates, not quotes. Always confirm pricing directly with the vendor.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the Site will be available, error-free, or that the information is complete or accurate at any given moment. Wedding planning involves real money and real contracts; the Site is a starting point, not a substitute for professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, All Wedding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your relationship with vendors found on the Site, or your reliance on information published on the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. Most people pay us nothing.

DMCA and takedowns

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email legal@allwedding.us with the URL, a description of the work, and confirmation you have the right to act on the copyright owner's behalf. We respond within 5 business days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
