Wedding Vendor Directory Coverage Benchmark: April 2026
Our imported dataset contains 3,061 listing records across 51 city markets. The records are dated April 19, 2026. This benchmark shows our directory's coverage at that import, not the size of the US wedding industry.

What is in the imported directory?
The cohort contains 849 photographer records, 797 venue records, 738 bakery records and 677 planner records. Those four counts sum to 3,061. There are no catering records in this imported cohort, although the live site accepts catering submissions.

A business may appear through multiple locations or categories. We count listing records, without attempting to deduplicate companies. The counts do not establish national supplier totals, market share, popularity or wedding demand.

Method, date and limits
We counted records in the fixed imported listing file, grouped by its stored city market and service category. The source file is identified as data/vendors.json. Its SHA-256 fingerprint is provided in the downloadable snapshot so future versions can be distinguished.
The record timestamps are April 19, 2026. They identify the import cohort, not a fresh inspection of every business. The source review date is October 3, 2026. This benchmark does not include the current account-submission database and will differ from live directory counts when approved submissions or listing changes are present.
The import has uneven category coverage and a selected set of markets. It is not a random sample or a national census. A zero for catering means this file has no catering records; it does not mean a city has no caterers. Differences in counts can reflect collection choices rather than differences in real supplier availability.
We do not turn imported ratings or review counts into a claim of verified customer experiences. This benchmark includes no rating-based rankings, prices, phone numbers, street addresses or individual customer reviews in its downloads.
